Dear Mr. Meyer: This letter responds to Exxon Mobil Corporation's Application for Approval of Proposed Supplementation of "Appendix B" Patents Related to Exxon Jet Turbine Oil Business filed on December 3, 2001, in the above matter. The Commission has determined to approve the Application. In according its approval, the Commission has relied upon the information submitted and representations made in connection with the Application and has assumed them to be accurate and complete.
