FTC sends refunds to DreamCloud Mattress customers
The FTC is sending payments totaling over $597,900 to 6,991 DreamCloud Mattress customers who filed a valid claim before the deadline.
The FTC sued the company responsible for DreamCloud mattresses in October 2021, and they agreed to settle. According to the lawsuit, the company made false or misleading advertising claims that their DreamCloud mattresses were made from 100% USA-made materials.
The FTC first sent payments in March 2023, which resulted in $44,570 in refunds. Now, the FTC is sending payments to DreamCloud customers who filed a valid claim before the deadline and didn’t already get a payment.
