Commission action regarding applications for approval: Following a public comment period, the Commission has ruled on applications for approval of transactions from the following:

Consent agreements given final approval: Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final a consent agreement with the following entity. The Commission action makes the consent order binding on the respondent.

A notice announcing that the Commission will reopen the public record for filing comments in this matter will be published shortly in the Â鶹´«Ã½ Register. The comment period, which expired on February 16, 1999, will be extended through March 31, 1999.
