The Commission has granted an application for approval of a divestiture from the following: Exxon Mobil Corp. Under a consent order entered into with the Commission on November 30, 1999, Exxon Mobil agreed to divest certain assets as part of its proposed merger. The proposed transaction involves the divestiture of Exxon's northeastern marketing assets and Mobil's mid-Atlantic marketing assets to Tosco Corporation.
