Court approval of settlement:

A federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, in Greensboro, has approved a settlement of the Commission’s action against the marketers of zMAX automotive lubricant. Commission approval of final consent order:

Following a public comment period, the Commission has approved the issuance of a final consent order in the matter concerning Lentek International, Inc. The Commission vote to approve the final consent order was 5-0.
