Â鶹´«Ã½ Trade Commission Chairman Jon Leibowitz, U.S. Secretary of EducationArne Duncan, and Â鶹´«Ã½ Communications Commission Chairman Julius Genachowski will visit Jefferson Middle School in Washington, D.C., Wednesday, Dec. 16 to introduce Net Cetera: Chatting with Kids About Being Online. The booklet is a guide for parents as they teach and help children navigate the Internet. A Spanish-speaking representative will be available for media interviews.
