Prosecutors who partner with the FTC get significant results. In FY 2021 prosecutors:
- Relied on FTC information and support to charge twenty-six new defendants;
- Obtained thirty convictions or guilty pleas in new or pending cases;
- Obtained sentences against twenty-six individuals in new or pending cases.
Since the CLU's launch in 2003, prosecutors have relied on FTC information and support to charge more than one thousand defendants.
